PERFORMANCE & REFUND GUARANTEE

(CONDITIONAL)

Eligibility – Closer: The Client must have a validated lead flow and sales process generating ≥10 new sales opportunities/month, and an existing closer (or the Client)

closing at ≥20%.

Eligibility – Setter: The Client must have validated opportunity streams generating ≥200 unique leads/month, or the Client and setter must already be booking ≥2 calls/day. Cold leads older than 4 months do not qualify as a validated opportunity stream.

Client Responsibilities: Attend 4 weekly 1-on-1 calls and 2 call reviews; provide daily Reports as agreed; implement mutually agreed action items.

Outcome: If, after working with two different Candidates (two setters or two closers, as applicable) supplied by the Provider, performance still does not meet the agreed benchmarks and the Client has met all responsibilities above, the Client is eligible for a full refund of the Service fee.

This clause is the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy regarding performance.
